who will describe how the culinary session will
proceed

break at 11.30 for a glass of wine and a summary
of work so far

around midday Gilles will explain how to present
the dishes before sitting down with you to lunch
.

The session continues with a course on harmonizing
the dish with the right sort of wine

Around 3.30pm the session ends

Tuesday – breakfast
8.30– 9.30am

9.30 – 10.30 visit to the restaurant kitchen
in action: introduction to the brigade de cuisine

10.30am – depart for visit to a duck-breeding
farm at Lafeuille (10 minutes distant)

12.30 – back to the restaurant for lunch

in the afternoon you will visit the Domaine de
Pineraie, a vineyard at Puy l’Eveque and then
the celebrated Château Lagrezette at Caillac

Gourmet dinner at the restaurant

start accompanying Gilles Marre to the Cahors
market
