her ultra-modern hotel to learn about her traditional cuisine.
In the rugged country south of the Adour river,
in sight of the Pyrenees, surrounded by water and forest this
oasis is a perfect place to appreciate and contemplate the
art of french cuisine.
This short course includes 2 hands-on sessions with the chef,
visits to the surrounding countryside and a gourmet dinner in
one of France's holiest culinary places - Michel Guérard's "la
Ferme aux Grives"

Accommodation: the hotel has 24 rooms looking out
over the forest or the lake. each is resolutely modern but in total
symbiosis with the natural surroundings. Air-conditioned. Indoor
swimming pool.
The restaurant juts out over the lake and takes - obviously
- pride of place in this ocean liner on the lake.
