After
learning the travel trade with student travel experts USIT, Sylvie
worked in all facets of the travel
business: ticketing, promotion, agency management and marketing.
In 1992 she created the successful incoming agency "Ashling" specialised
in the Irish market.
Sylvie
was born and brought up in Marmande in the south-west of France
- home of the French tomato - and now lives in Toulouse.
She
speaks English and French.

Simon
is from Belfast, Northern Ireland. He has spent long periods
lecturing law in various european
universities, opening Irish Pubs and restaurants in France and
visting every corner of southern France in his quest for the perfect
meal.
