INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

Using a tune fork prick the dough uniformly for few minutes then place it in the oven for about ten minutes until it turns brown. Remove it from the oven and let it cool and start the filling

THE FILLING

Depending with your choice you can have different fillings. Chocolate filled pasty you will need the following ingredients. A frozen pastry, chocolate chips like the bittersweet ones, Cut the pasty in rectangles then in a line place the chocolate chips making sure there is no over filling. Then fold the sides when in the middle slightly press them together then turn it carefully the folds facing down then place them in a baking tray which has parchment lines. Place the tray in the oven to bake for about 15 to 17 minutes to check the if the pastries have changed to golden. The pastries are ready, they can be served while hot or allow them to cool. There are so many filling options one can use instead of bittersweet chocolate chips. One can use either milk or sweet chocolate chips.
